    Sound advice. However. how many people have bosses that would agree to a reduced work load? After all; it was probably them that caused the burn out in the first place.

      Fair point. The article is mainly aimed at founders who are their own boss, and many of them are worse at this than anyone reporting to someone else. At least an external boss creates a hard stop. Self-imposed pressure has no off switch built in.
